Please note that we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unworn, and undamaged within 30 days of the original purchase date. This ensures that the product remains in pristine condition for future customers.

In order to qualify for a refund or replacement, it is essential to adhere to our authorized return process. Items returned without following our guidelines will regrettably not be eligible for any compensation.

Upon receiving the returned item at our facility, we conduct a thorough inspection to ensure its condition. If the item is found to be open, worn, or damaged, we are unable to honor any previously approved refund or replacement. We kindly request your understanding in this matter.

When preparing your EONS items for return, please exercise caution in packaging them securely. While we take utmost care of the items during the return process, we cannot assume responsibility for any non-EONS items mistakenly shipped back to our facility.

Refunds will be issued exclusively in the original form of payment. We believe in maintaining transparency and want to ensure that you receive the refund in the same manner that you made the purchase.

For our valued customers in Canada, we do accept returns. However, please note that currently we do not provide return shipping labels for these locations. Rest assured, we are actively working towards offering this convenience in the near future.
